A tractor-mounted boom sprayer built for even coverage, not just volume. Twenty-one nozzles across a 32 ft boom, fed by an HTP triplex pump from a 500-litre tank.
Chemical is one of the most expensive inputs on your farm. The SAT-B501 exists to make sure every rupee of it reaches the crop instead of the gap between two passes.
The SAT-B501 is a tractor-operated boom sprayer that mounts on a standard 3-point linkage and runs off a 540 RPM PTO. A 500-litre tank feeds an HTP triplex pump, which pushes spray through 21 nozzles spread across a 32 ft folding boom. The boom sections fold in for transport and road movement, then open out for work. Because the pump is a triplex — three plungers rather than one — pressure stays steady instead of pulsing, and steady pressure is what gives you an even droplet pattern from the first nozzle to the twenty-first.
Farms of ten acres and upward where hand-spraying with a knapsack has become the bottleneck, and custom-hire operators who spray for neighbouring farms through the season. If you already own a tractor for a straw loader or a groundnut digger, the same tractor drives this sprayer — you are adding a job, not a vehicle. Cotton, wheat, groundnut and pulse growers see the clearest gain, because those crops need repeat passes at exactly the right moment.
New to boom spraying, or coming from a knapsack? Start with our 7-step calibration guide — it is the single fastest way to cut chemical waste. Tractor power sprayers fall under the plant-protection equipment category of Gujarat’s i-Khedut scheme; our Gujarat subsidy roadmap lists the documents you need before you buy. You can also check whether we already serve your district on the dealer network page.
A wide swath means fewer passes, less wheel damage to the crop and a spraying window you can actually finish inside.
Consistent nozzle spacing across the full boom keeps overlap uniform — no double-dosed strips, no missed rows.
Three plungers deliver steady pressure instead of a pulse, so droplet size stays consistent from the first nozzle to the last.
A long run between refills. Fewer trips to the water point means more of your day is spent actually spraying.
Standard 3-point linkage and 540 RPM PTO drive — hitch it to the tractor you already own and go.
Tank, plumbing and fittings are chosen for continuous contact with agricultural chemicals, season after season.
These are factory figures — the same ones our bench signs off before a unit is cleared for dispatch.

Field tip from our service team: spray early morning or late afternoon when the wind is down. A perfectly calibrated sprayer still loses chemical to drift if you run it in the middle of a windy day — and drift is money leaving your field.
No distributor, no middleman margin. The quote you get on WhatsApp is the plant’s own price for the SAT-B501.
Nozzles, pump seals, filters and boom fittings come from the same line that built your machine — through your dealer or direct from the factory.
Every SAT-B501 is run under load and inspected before it leaves the plant. Units that fail go back to the line, never to a farm.
Hands-on training on delivery day, so the machine earns from its first field — not its third week.
Another PTO job for the same tractor — a full trolley of fine bhusa in 20–25 minutes.
Pairs naturally with spraying in the groundnut calendar — clean uprooting with minimal pod loss.
Harvest what you protected — a 5 HP walk-behind reaper that cuts roughly an acre an hour.
